Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Place orders through the checkout on thewildstemsupply.com. Available payment methods and any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown before you submit payment.

We’ll send an order confirmation after receiving your order. If you need to cancel, email hello@thewildstemsupply.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel an order only before it has been prepared for shipment. Once it has shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If we confirm a cancellation after payment, we’ll refund the order to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
